Gary Stewart

Gary Stewart is the Founder, President, and Broker-in-Charge of Stewart Land Group. He has over 40 years of professional experience with a variety of land investment projects that includes residential, office, retail, industrial, resort, mixed-use, recreational (golf courses, parks, and sports facilities) and infill developments. He is a real estate broker and landscape architect who believes in environmentally sustainable design. He is an accredited professional through the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED-AP) program. He has a passion working with the natural features of land. He uses GIS technology and market data bases to help with his land and market analysis. 

 

His target market is the Charlotte Metro Region, and he is licensed as a real estate agent and landscape architect in both North and South Carolina. He is knowledgeable with the numerous municipal and county zoning and development ordinances in the surrounding area. He received his BS in Landscape Architecture with Honors from The Ohio State University; a Master of Business from Central Michigan University; and his Pre and Post Real Estate License Formal Training from the Superior School of Real Estate. Mr. Stewart lives in Weddington and Union County, NC

Ray Hoeneisen

Broker

Mr. Hoeneisen is a broker with Stewart Land Group. He has over 40 years of experience in sales, sales management, operations management, along with maintaining his real estate broker licenses for over 37 years. He began his career in retail sales for two large international companies and progressed into operations management. He was responsible for developing marketing plans and strategies, along with maintaining business performance. Later he has focused on real estate, worked for several large national brokerage firms in the US, and had his own real estate company for over 8 years. 

He enjoys helping to bring sellers and buyers together for win-win outcomes in completing successful real estate transactions. He is effective in working with people and understanding both sides of the negotiation table. 

He specializes in marketing/sales and representing both sellers and buyers of raw land or re-purposed land to help them achieve their future development and investment goals. His target market is the Charlotte CRCBR Metro Region. He offers market analysis and determines the highest and best use of properties. He puts together strong marketing packages in selling properties or completing market research to identify properties to purchase. He has formal marketing training from Charleston Southern and the University of South Florida.
